After requesting a new password:
- An email will be sent to you to confirm your intent to generate a new password. In that first email, click on the link to confirm the request.
- Please wait for a second email, which will contain a new generated password. Use that generated password to login.
If you request a new account, you will receive an email, within 24 hours, confirming that you have successfully registered. After receiving a confirmation email, you can log in with the username and password that you have created. Please record your selected username and password (minimum 8 characters).
